Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are meant for customers that originally wanted to cancel their order, but were unable to due to the product being shipped out. With that, we will not accept any returns that have been opened and not in original packing.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled with Respect the Look Co. within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping and handling). Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of shipping. 

We are on an automated system that connects our sales with our warehouse. If a cancellation is sent within 24 hours of purchase time, we can guarantee to cancel the order.  Any cancellation request made after 24 hours we cannot guarantee although we will still try.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues unless we mistakenly shipped you a size other than the size you ordered.

Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control. You and only you are responsible for the shipping address you provide. We use an automated system that copies and pastes exactly what you list as your shipping address. With that, we cannot accept any responsibility for customers listing incorrect information. No refunds or replacements will be given. In this situation, I would advise you to contact your post office as soon as possible for guidance.
